My Journey

"No matter what the prognosis, believing you can heal changes every cell in your body"

From diagnosis to awakening

Kelly Meltzer, who was diagnosed with cancer in November 2024, later confirmed as stage 3 ovarian cancer in January 2025. She chose to undergo surgery, but declined chemotherapy, turning instead to a deep inner healing journey focused on her emotions, mindset, and body.

Through this work, Kelly experienced profound shifts, learning to release suppressed emotions and reconnect with her intuition. Her journey not only supported her own healing, but led her to guide others in theirs.

Kelly holds a business degree from SUNY at Buffalo, as well as a psychology degree from Florida International University. She is also a graduate of the Wisdom of the Whole coaching program which is an institution that teaches members in the helping field to assist their clients by focusing on their strengths, intuitive abilities, and their innate wisdom to connect to their body and heal themselves. Now working as an intuitive and coach, she helps others release emotional blocks and reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom.

A wife and mother of three teenage boys, Kelly lives in Miami Beach, Florida, and brings deep compassion and real-life experience to her work due to the journey she has embarked upon. She has been exposed to a number of healing modalities, insights, techniques, and processes. Her research into healing modalities is extensive along with family work, inner child work, hypnosis, and regression work.

“Belief that you can heal is everything. Your cells respond to your thoughts.”

One of the most healing things you can do is find someone you can truly confide in.

This is about your journey, too

Whatever you're navigating — a diagnosis, a crossroads, a quiet feeling that something needs to change — you don't have to face it alone. I walk beside you, without judgement, with full presence.
